Newbury Comics Kingston

This store is as sad as the shopping mall it is located in. The stock is sparse, the staff doesn't seem to care. No hello, no thank you when I made my purchase. That's all I'm looking for from staff. I would only shop there if I was desperate to find something useless to give someone.

probably one of the few things in the mall that's still alive, along with the movie theater, decent selection of cheap shirts, anime figures and decent manga variety, makes you wonder how much longer can this location hold out...

Would give it a higher rating but they got some grumpy dude working behind the counter I said may I please have a bag at check and he yelled at me and told me to learn how to be patient, I then told him to hav a nice day and he continued to yell at me

Spent $32 on a Pokemon card pack from XY series. Steam Siege. Pack was already opened at the bottom. BUYER BEWARE. Store manager would not refund me money and claimed that all packs are bought straight from pokemon company. But, this pack is from 2016 so it's not possible.

This store always brings back memories - it’s easy to get lost here looking for hours. It’s expensive, but they have quality products. Excellent customer service by John.
