Don’t live close, I liked going to the store from time to time to get manga. I usually go to a local comic store for comics. I gave newbury a shot. I called a head of time about a comic that released today and the woman confirmed they had and assured they had a lot of them. I live about 40 minutes away. I make my way out and come to find out she actually has no clue about the comic I called about. I assumed if someone worked at a comic store they would be aware of the comics they carry. The gentleman that assisted her knew what I was looking for but they didn’t get there shipment in yet. I won’t be looking for any comics there maybe a manga from time to time but I wouldn’t recommend them at all especially if had questions about comics I rather go to a comic store where the workers actually know about the comics they carry and sell.

Been here couples of times. Morning, weekend or evening. I found the best times is during weekdays in the morning. Employees are nice and less crowded in there; you’ll get help faster.

I've had several good experiences in the past but after my last visit I definitely won't be coming back. When purchasing records here, they don't provide you a bag, which can be inconvenient if you're visiting other stores in the mall afterwards. Obviously, most rational people would then choose to bring their own bag with them. Big mistake. After browsing the vinyl selection for about 15 minutes without any issue, one of the employees (or the manager, I'm not really sure) accused me of shoplifting simply for bringing my own bag into the store. Needless to say, I'm not giving my money to a store that accuses customers of stealing because they brought a bag with them. As I was leaving the store, a group of black teenagers were also leaving at the same time. The same employee proceeded to make a racist remark and insinuated that they were shoplifting as well. He then made a comment to one of the other employees, saying that they were the "exact type of people I would expect to be stealing". If you're a vinyl collector, I would highly recommend shopping at one of the several locally-owned record shops in the area instead. Honestly, even Amazon would be a vast improvement. The prices here are on average $10 to $20 more expensive than you would find pretty much anywhere else, and some of the power-tripping employees will accuse you of stealing.

Nice comics book store. They have really good mangas. We got a few t shirts and poster for my living room. The staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend this place of you loke reading mangas and comic books. They have a lot of vinyl records if you are into vinyl records. Great shop will visit again.
