I ordered a moderately rare jazz CD from the 1980s; disc, case, and booklet came in excellent, like-new condition, and unusually well packed, w/ multiple layers of wrapping/protection. Prompt shipping, fast, frictionless transaction. Would order from this seller again without hesitation.

I bought a Lana Del Rey album from this place and I am absolutely pleased with my experience, customer service is phenomenal, no questions asked. I had an issue with one of the vinyls and it was dealt with promptly. Got it replaced and it sounds like shes actually singing right in front of me. AMAZING!! The store it’s self if really cool and well organized, didn’t have a problem on what I was looking for. I will definitely keep purchasing in the future from this place.

Probably my last time coming here after being my first time. Absolutely loved the selection of different music in different forms I.E.tapes, records, CDs. The decor is also really beautiful and a lot of fun, very unique, but it’s all washed away with the owners pungent rudeness. My partner and I came in here and browse the store for about a half hour. We tried to make conversation with him, but he didn’t really want to engage, understandable since it was late in the day but it got worse. Even when we needed help finding certain things, he just said that they didn’t have it without even checking, and the worst part is that we tried to tell him about new stuff that was up and coming, he basically told us he didn’t give a crap….which was really strange and uncomfortable. We still purchased items, he still did not seem to want us to return as customers, which I’ve never experienced before. I hear that there are way better record stores located in the area so I recommend trying those instead.
