Music Box

I have bought a classical guitar from them that my daughter absolutely loves. I also have them restring her guitar and my guitar. Recently, there was an issue with the new high E string that they put on my daughter's guitar. They replaced the string without any hassle. Great customer service!

Highly recommend the Music Box! Really helpful people working there, and it’s a must-visit for any musician or parents of child musicians in town. It is THE music store in Lodi. I’m a professional piano technician/tuner (and Owner of Flemmer Piano Services in Lodi), and I interact with the Music Box regularly. I’ve been a customer of theirs since I was a child taking piano lessons, and they’ve been an excellent source for everything music and instrument related for decades. Great store, great people, highly recommend!

I went in and needed a drum key in a pinch before a gig, a gentleman was kind enough to give it to me because I unfortunately didn't have cash. Best customer service, definitely stopping back in here again!

Just called not too long ago, jeff was talking to me like if i was speaking another language lol, i tried to sell a guitar to him, tried to give him the model number and he told me “ i dont care about that i just want the model number” and at this point he tells me how much i want for it, i proceed to tell him how much i want for it and rudely exclaims to me “no man were good” not knowing any condition of my guitar that i was willing to bring over there for his inspection, but yes all in all wierd experience

I've played in local bands for years and this is where I get a lot of supplies. Knowledgeable and helpful! Recommended!
