I brought my clarinet in to have Robert look at it. It wouldn't play in my lower register. Within 15 minutes he located the problem and had it repaired. What a great technician.

Took my daughters saxophone to get a pad replacement. Probably a 30 minute fix. They tell me I'll have to wait 4 weeks. Crazy. Ok so I said no thanks I'll take it somewhere else. I get it, they are backed up no big deal. They say hold on it's just a pad replacement? We'll have the technician look and maybe we can get it done quick we'll call you. Well they didn't call. We rented another Saxophone from a different place while we waited. Then I get an estimate 3 days later in an email, assuming it was going to be done soon after, because obviously I told him I needed it faster than 4 weeks. Well it has been 6 weeks and I'm tired of waiting. Honestly forgot about it. So I said fine we're just gonna go get it back regardless. Staff is rude "Well he knew it was going to take a long time". BS you told me you would call within 24 hours to say if it could be done quick. Not to mention you told me 4 weeks WORST case and it has been 6. OH FORGOT TO MENTION. They took off some screws and LOST THEM. Yes my saxophone needs more fixing now than it did before and I wasted 6 weeks and had to rent a new saxophone. All this for A PAD REPLACEMENT! What? Really I could not think of worse service. Will not be back.

Absolutely great place and great service. Took my daughter's violin in to get a new string and the gentleman helped me right away, put the string on, tuned the violin for me, told me a little about what to expect and look for, and did it all in a matter of minutes. I was in and out. Definitely recommend this place and will return in the future when the need arises. Thanks again.
