Cool place with a lot of old game systems but we didnt stay long because it smells weird in there.
Love this store, but recently the customer service hasn't been the best. I loved the prices of everything as someone who loves to collect physical media, but raising the price to drive away resellers when you have people like me who enjoy artists and collect their albums and singles, it's a bit frustrating. Especially when other places like Orbit sell it for wayyyy less. (Orbit sold RSD items for $15 while MUMM charged over $100) Hopefully they can make some changes to the store, it would be a shame if it ever closed.
Way over priced. Also it took 10 minutes for the cashier to say something to me after I walked in. Other stores in area are better.
Went here for my first RSD experience and sadly it was ruined. Only album I was looking for was the Post Malone Nirvana Tribute album. Luckily there were 2 left on the counter when I got in but I was shocked to see the price was $85.00. To be honest, I'm kind of naive with prices for vinyls as i don't own a record player and this was a gift for my sister. While in the store, another customer was questioning the price of an item and the lady behind the desk told her that she isn't trying to screw her one the price but that is what it would sell for online. After I left and bought the album, I was shocked to see what other stores were charging and how I got screwed by this business. I paid double what this should have been sold for. Price gouging at it's finest. I never plan on returning to this place
We went to purchase items for Record Store Day to support local independent record stores. There are specific rules for this promotion allowing a maximum mark up of 20%, they had marked albums up over 600%, and were actively looking up scalper prices online to mark up albums they received as part of the promotion. They were using the program meant to attract customers to smaller stores to essentially act as scalpers themselves. I will never return to this store and hope that in the future those promotional albums go to other places that follow the guidelines.
