I visited Red Onion today for the first time, and I was genuinely impressed with the store's ambiance and service. They have an excellent selection of vinyl records across various genres. I discovered some great finds, but I had to leave some gems behind because I had a budget to stick to. Fortunately, the store is only 10 minutes from my home, so I can visit more frequently to explore their collection. A special shout-out to Josh for being helpful and incredibly cool! Jason

Further up the road from popular Vigilante is a part of Hyattsville. Across from King Park, a spacious playground and park for all to run around in, is a small record shop worth visiting. Records of all kinds are organized well ranging from all kinds of prices from $5 to $25 and more. Staff are helpful and passionate about the records they sell.

Red Onion Records is my local go to spot for vinyl. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable. Red Onion has a broad spectrum of musical genres at fair prices! The store is well setup, unpretentious, and has a chill vibe to spend time browsing through their vinyl collection. My musical tastes are eclectic and Red Onion has my interests covered! The owner will make note of albums you're looking for and hold them for you. Thank you for a consistently pleasant experience!

Went on a Sunday afternoon. A fun surfer punk band called, The Delay Unit was rockin the sidewalk. Locals dancing, sweating in the sun together as feelings of independent, young aliveness & remembrance of watching the Cramps swirled in my mind.
