Excellent guitar shop ! Knowledgeable staff plessent & respectful helpful staff, great atmosphere, large inventory of used guitars and bass guitars, straps chords,picks,strings everything you can think of needed as a musician. Also excellent location. As a seasoned musician and entertainer I highly recommend this store.

Love this store. Definitely a mom and pop. The tech there that fixed my guitar didnt give up and let me come back a few weeks later to fix some final touches without charging me. They do consignment and work with the sellers to give you good deals. I have picked up so much equipment here and the team there enjoy teaching and helping. Finally found a great music shop! -Sonny

I don’t ever do these reviews but after the last visit to Loud and Clear and had to. Went in looking for a used electric guitar for my son and after checking the inventory found a killer SG. They throughly checked it out, found a couple things to clean/adjust and then went above and beyond cleaning, adjusting and even set it up with new strings. Thee best service I’ve received anywhere in a long time. As a small business owner myself who values personal service and stressing the details, these folks absolutely crushed it. This wasn’t my first time in, and definitely won’t be the last. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL MUSIC SHOP!

I brought my bass guitar in for some fret work and adjustment. The results were outstanding and I will now bring my other bass guitars to them for the same treatment. The staff are friendly and helpful. The most important thing to mention is that THEY LISTEN (no pun intended) to you and make a genuine effort to try and understand what you want. Most of us are not cutting edge with our Luthiery and often don't know the vernacular. I'm sure I sounded pretty silly when I said "I need you to file the thing with the the special guitar file". They didn't judge and were able to understand what I was trying to ask for. Thank you Loud and Clear!!!!

This shop had gone above and beyond what any buyer could ask for. Especially Sean. Even though being on the West Coast, Sean made it a point to accommodate me all the way in North Carolina. Personal touches to customer experiences go a long way. If I'm ever in the market for an amp or guitar, I will be checking this site first! Hands down, the best retail store I've done business with in years!
