Took my son to the Che in-store signing. The good news is that everything was very organized. However, they treated their patrons poorly. For one, a guy in a suit was speaking to these young, patient young people like they were kindergartners. (What grown man power trips over young adults?) Additionally, they do not allow anyone to take their own pictures- so they literally take your CD, hand it to the artist and take a picture of you at the edge of the table and usher you off. Regardless of whether these are the artist’s demands, or the store’s rule- the experience was poor. When the artist is gone, all you have left are your local patrons, and this patron will not be back. PS- because of your nonsensical picture rule, you are taking and publishing pictures of kids and adults without consent.

Ordered an album online. They mailed it out and apparently the postal service messed up delivery from what the store says. It got shipped back to them. Instead of reaching out to me about the order I’m assuming they just went ahead and sold it. Not sure if they would have even reached out if I didn’t reach out to them as I waited a few days to get ahold of them just in case tracking was off. And it took me 2 times calling to find out they sold it out from underneath me even though they took my money. 2 stars only back they did refund my money. Maybe good for in person purchases definitely not a good online one.

This place brings back nostalgia.. They have records, cds, posters and lunch boxes with your favorite artist. I was here for a meet and greet. The owner was so nice they gave us water and chips to keep up calm and cool in the hot weather. Im from jersey and this was an experience. I will definitely come back to pick up my record player. This is my place! I drive for hours and sit in traffic just to enjoy Looney Tunes! From their amazing and knowledgeable staff, events, selection and atmosphere, it’s a historic local shop and it’s the key to support your love for music. Always a great time. See you all soon! Very nice store. Lots of shirts, vinyl, cds, cassettes, posters, record cleaning supplies, dvds and just a nice atmosphere. They also had a lot of giftable stuff such as rock n roll board games and puzzles and metal lunch boxes. Staff was friendly and asked if I needed assistance finding anything. Definitely drop by for a cool place to hang and for gifts!
