Excellent service from everyone at the store. I bought a keyboard on MercadoLibre and picked it up at this branch. A few days later, I asked if I could exchange it for another keyboard with more features, and there was no problem; they were all very accommodating. I'll definitely be back when I need to buy any accessories or another instrument.
