My young son loves this place. The staff is always so helpful to him, super friendly, and very patient... especially Ms Kelsey while my son is browsing new Pokémon trading cards to add to his collection. They have so many things in here including old console games, trading cards, vinyl record albums and other collectible things. Definitely go check them out!!!

Been coming here for a couple months now for commander and have had a good time learning to play! The staff is friendly, helpful and engaging and the manager is very nice. The only (and I mean only) thing I dislike is the wait times for price checks when buying singles. Other than that its a very cool store and they have a wide variety of things I actually want to buy. Like when Gamestop and Bestbuy were cool places to shop, thats this place. Free arcades to play too

Came in looking for a specific card. Waited 20 minutes before I left. You need a better system for buying your cards. I’ve never had a LGS tell me I need to wait for people to finish picking through their binders before they let me look at sets. Just let your customers look at your cards and don’t inconvenience them. If you’re worried about people stealing them, then put them in a case so we can see them. Locking the product down to binders where you only let two people look at a time will be a guaranteed loss of revenue when the latter is only a possibility. I will be sticking with CardsHQ from now on. They give far better trade credit anyways. Killerfinds offers 60 percent. CardsHQ does 80. Not going here again, you’ve been hard to support the only three times I’ve been here. The one time I was actually able to buy something without waiting 20 plus minutes was when you were dead. You either need to speed things up, or allow other people to look at your product while the slow ones pick through binders. I knew exactly the card I wanted and would’ve spent the 50 dollars on it within 2 minutes of having that binder. It’s just silly.

I’ll start off by saying the staff is fantastic! By no way is this review related to the staff. This one start review was earned by managment trying to sell a damaged item at a premium price. I brought this damage to the attention of management and offered to buy this but at a 30$ discounted rate (the item was still over 250 with the 30$ off) and the response I got was not only insulting, but made my regular trips to this establishment seem like a slap in the face. I will no longer be doing business with killer finds due to their unethical business tactics and over priced merchandise. And your response to my review shows your inability to admit fault. I didn’t say you wouldn’t work with me, I said the offer was insulting for a damaged product. Stop lying as well, you offered to not charge tax. That was it, no discount, just tax removal. I found an undamaged one for 20$ more than your asking price🤣🤣🤣 I bought it. My channel found your response very amusing though👍🏻 thanks for the content

Great selection of anime figures, manga, comics, retro and current gen games, free arcade cabinets(which can be purchased) and music section with vinyls. Also has an entire section for ttrpg and tcg if you are looking for dnd, pf2, and other types of ttrpg or trading card gatherings.
