Hokema's Sewing and Vacuum Center

My washing machine’s drain hose got a tear in it. I called an appliance shop and they didn’t have the part but told me to call Hokema. I did and the gentleman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. He found the right part for my washing machine (also helped me find the model number I had never seen before!) and ordered it for me. This was on a Saturday and by Wednesday they already had it for me. The part came with all the attachments I needed which made installing it easy. Price was great too. Awesome shop, great service!

Professional, very helpful, nice people. Have classes for sewing and embroidery. Highly recommend Hokemas. I also bought a vacuum years ago a Ricar and it is still going strong.

I have to say—Hokema’s is the place to buy a vacuum! I purchased one here 10–13 years ago, and it has hands-down been the best vacuum I’ve ever owned—far superior to the big-name brands like Dyson. With both a dog and a cat who shed heavily, I invested in a high-end machine that could handle the load, and it’s been worth every penny. Of course, even the best machines eventually need a little TLC. Today, I picked up my repaired vacuum and couldn’t be happier—it’s running like new again! The repair cost was very reasonable, and the customer service, as always, was top-notch. When the time finally comes for a new vacuum, I’ll be returning to Hokema’s without hesitation.Thank you again!

Brought in my vacuum cleaner and while they didn't have the tool needed to fix my obscure brand, they did tell me exactly what tool I would need, and how to do it myself at home, they didn't charge me anything for the advice and once I got the tool online I was indeed able to fix the vacuum exactly as they instructed. Took a little elbow grease but their advice saved me from a costly replacement so definitely five stars, this is a place I trust.
