My wife and I saw Neil deGrasse Tyson here last night. It was a great venue. Plenty of parking, easy access to the highways, clean bathrooms, comfortable seats, and concessions. My only complaint was that they only had limited options at the concessions.

Saw Jimmy Carr and it was great. When we walked into the theater we were almost instantly asked if we needed help finding our seats. She was so nice and helpful. The only problem was a big fellow sitting in front of me blocking my view of the stage. One time he left and I got to watch Jimmy on stage. Thank gawd for the big screen monitors! Nice place though.

My husband and I recently visited the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento to see the Mike Epps show. Overall, it was a clean and nice-looking venue with plenty of parking, which made arrival easy. However, the experience in the theater itself was not the most comfortable: * Seating: The seats were noticeably small and uncomfortable. There was virtually no arm space, making it a cramped experience for both of us, especially during a longer show. * Snack Bar: The available snack bar options were very limited. We were hoping for more variety. On the positive side: * Venue Aesthetics: The location is clean and well-maintained, living up to the Hard Rock brand's visual standards. * Parking: Ample parking was a huge plus and made the logistics stress-free. The casino itself is nice, but improvements to the concert seating comfort and the variety of concessions would greatly enhance the entertainment experience.

I bought in with $5,000 dollars at the Craps table. I waited for the shooter to finish and put my money on the table. I knew was i wanted to bet. I have an extra 200 for some chips. They gave me 200 dollars, I lost it. After 7 rolls of the dice and paying people they still hadn't given me my chips. I was upset...I said can I please have money to play with. They called the pit boss on me and security. The pit boss came and talked to me and I told him she wasn't be efficient or professional. I finally got my money lost hundreds more and won for over 5000 dollars and she was furious. I cashed out and went to steak house with wife for dinner. It was like 96 dollars and after my 10 dollar free food it was like 86 dollars. The receipt told me my 25 percent gratuity was almost 40 dollars. Make that make sense. I took pics, called my host and left. Went back to craps table and won a few hundred more. I left on top but they treat you like this? Look at the receipt in Pic to see how they're trying to exploit us. I'm furious

Hard Rock is hard. Rock all over the place. Great venue. Different types of music. Different artists coming in all the time. Well kept great. People love the area. Great place to go
