Hey folks, I’ve got to tell you about this incredible vinyl shop in Bowling Green, Kentucky - Hard Copies! It’s hands down the best in town, especially for vinyl enthusiasts like us. Katy and her team have created a vibrant community around music and vinyl. The selection is mind-blowing, and the prices are beyond fair. Katy and her pricing team are super honest, and you can be sure you’re getting the best quality items available. They’re even willing to help you find those hard-to-find items on your wishlists! One of the coolest things about Hard Copies is their commitment to events and creating a safe space for music lovers to connect and discover new music. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and they’re always ready to chat about your favorite artists and genres. I’ve been looking for a vinyl for ages, and I was thrilled to find it at Hard Copies for the original price! It’s a great deal, and I can’t wait to spend another weekend listening to music and connecting with the community. Thanks a million, Hard Copies, for being such a great place to be a music lover!
Best record store I’ve ever been to. They host incredible listening parties. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The owner is an awesome dude as well. Fair prices and you can find some really cool stuff here.
Excellent record store & killer apparel selection! It is truly hard to not spend money here!
Awesome store I was heading home from a TOOL concert in Louisville the night before. And took the bowling Green exit to get gas and explored a little bit and I still cant believe how awesome that whole town is . Didn't expect to find a real fully functioning mall let alone an actual alive and kicking record/music shop. It was like stepping back InThe 90s in every good way possible.
A great record shop with awesome staff, but the games section is lacking. This review is from the perspective of a retro video game collector. Inventory: 1/5 - Mostly sports titles. Only a few sparse shelves of games, and a couple more desirable titles at the front counter. On the plus side, they do have some new 3rd-party cables for retro consoles. Value: 3/5 - Most game prices are decently close to market value, but some seem to be priced arbitrarily. I'd recommend checking against VGPC or eBay while browsing. Location: 5/5 - Convenient placement in the heart of Greenwood Mall! Store is clean and well-organized. - Overall, 4/5 because Hard Copies succeeds as a record store which is its main focus. As a retro game store, it doesn't have much to offer today, but it could become much better if and when inventory is expanded. I'll definitely be back, and will update my review if anything changes!
