Shopping at Grimey's was such a vibe, and we were happy to collect a few records here to add to our collection during our visit to Music City. They have an incredible collection that was fun and easy to browse. We found quite a few treasures all while listening to the new Solange record in the background. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Nashville, and so iconic.

It's my favorite record store in the US; what else is there to say?! While I miss the previous location as far as accessibility, the "new" location has so much more space. I spent 45 minutes digging through record crates and so much great stuff. I eventually bought a record from the "staff recommendations" box. I love the local flair as well; they do such a great job supporting independent Nashville musicians.

From the murals outside, to the helpful staff and great selection of vinyl and CDs of all genres, this is still a must visit for any music fan. There are bargain pre-owned discs too. If you can catch an in-store performance, even better!

The Best record store I've been to in a long time. A favorite local haunt for musicians including Kacey Musgraves. I found the exact Johnny Cash record I was looking for, brand new and at a good price point. They also have a huge basement filled with books!!!

Went to Grimey's for a record release performance and meet & greet in August. I don't live in Nashville, so I wasn't really familiar with their game. This place rules, and I would go there all the time if I didn't live 300 miles away. All the staffers I encountered were very kind and welcoming. They have a huge selection, and the vibe in the store is incredibly chill. They also seem to have ties to a lot of artists I love. The John Prine murals make my heart so happy. I will definitely be back when I'm in Nashville again in a few weeks, and probably anytime I visit Nashville for a show. It's a must visit for anyone interested in the non mainstream country part of Nashville's music scene, which is quite rich in its own right.
