While a bit of a drive, it was worth it. Despite not having a ton of inventory in my genre, I was able to find several I didn’t have and these were by FAR the best condition 60s era records I’ve found. The records were so clean and reasonably priced. I was able to get in and out in less than 30 minutes. Knowledgeable owner, good visit. I will probably wait a couple of months in hopes he refreshes his classic country section. If you are into blues and jazz or looking for a vintage player… he’s the man. I did post this same review on yelp, so I’m not a bot. Just lazy.
I was very out of my element when I went in looking for gifts. The owner was instantly able to help, locate and even clean up a record I needed. He was quick, efficient and so knowledgeable with music. Great little store if you're looking for some vinyls, at a great price, make sure to visit!
Called to ask if they had any records by a hip hop artist, without any thought or effort to look through anything guy on the phone just said no we won’t have stuff like that. So they don’t gotwhatilike 🤷♂️
Duncan rocks. This place has soul. Way to keep the spirit alive. I recommend anyone in the KC/MO area to visit. Bonus if you get to speak with the former Italian chef and music aficianado. I purchased Keep Your Soul Together by Freddie Hubbard. Happy Trails
Best record store in Kansas city. Give it a try . You won't be disappointed
