Good Records

Very kind staff, the lady at the front was super nice and greeting. I personally didn’t find the arrangement of records enjoyable to search through, it was my first time looking through the store and the organization of records being by artists and everyone having a tab threw me off being used to things sorted by genre. They do have great items and variety but personally the way it’s sorted is not to my personal preference.

This place has an amazing selection! I went in looking to see if they had cds for sale but they only have a majority of records for sale. But the selection was incredible. Most every band that I looked for i found at least one selection. If I was a record collector I would definitely be in this spot. The staff was very friendly and inviting.

Have been a fan of Good Records for many years, and became a bigger fan when Chris Penn (RIP) let us shoot a few scenes there for an indie film I directed called "Casey Makes a Mixtape" (the movie is now streaming on Amazon, Apple TV, etc. so check it out if you want to see the store in the film). The place is full of excellent vinyl finds and even cassettes, and has such character that all looked great on screen. So I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants an old-school vibe experience whether looking for new music, classics or even hard to find stuff.

Alex was fabulous!! She was extremely nice, knowledgeable, sweet, kind, and a joy to be around. I will definitely go back and I have already recommended the store and Alex to several people and it has only been about an hour since I was there. More stores should really concentrate on customer service and friendly and professional employees like Alex.

Awesome shop! Placed an order online late at night, it shipped out pretty much the next day and arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Both items arrived exactly as described/ expected. Would absolutely do business with this shop again!!
