They are reasonably priced, responsive, knowledgeable, and their customer service is bar-none. I worked with them on a sign design/install project for my marketing client and was beyond impressed. Nick, the senior designer went above and beyond to make sure our plans and design were quality, and he worked so hard to manage the permitting process with us. He held our hand through it all and was so friendly and helpful. On install day, Franco was equally helpful, professional, and kind, and even did some aesthetic work to improve our bracket for the sign, little touches that made all the difference. Pierro also made our day by helping with installation and entertaining us while the work was done. This is a true testament to the one-on-one attention and service you get by shopping local. I will definitely be recommending Goleta Signs to my friends and clients!

I was looking for someone who could do Magnets for my truck, along with postcards and creating a logo. No one else could help me and I discovered Goleta signs. They did a really good job and the nice thing about it is I was able to work easily and one on one with their graphic designers

Most sign companies don't return calls or answer the phone. I was impressed by the level of customer service that Goleta Signs provided me with. I had contacted Goleta signs for 3 Projects, after completing 1 (2 Weeks late) They never returned numerous calls and emails for the other 2 projects, No explanation, nothing. still have not had contact since.
