Love factory! Tiny but mighty shop! Stop in for the sales, they do not disappoint. I always end up walking out with something good. Also the owner is a great guy, standing on the right side of history. Will always support this small business!

Love the record selection here and the team clearly cares just as much about the music as they do about the community. I’ve stopped in a few times and always walked out with solid jazz and indie finds at great prices. They also run occasional deals that are genuinely tough to beat anywhere else.

Always try to make time to go to Factory whenever you’re in the area! I’ve been going here for at least 10 years and I love it so much. It’s consistently been one of, if not the best record store in OC/SoCal. The selection is rad, especially in the rock genre but they also carry hip hop, jazz, world, soundtracks, etc. A healthy mix of new and used records, and also tapes and CDs too. I love Dave, and the staff there is always kind. The prices are great a lot of the times, but sometimes a dollar or a couple higher than other places, but either way, I’m happy to support this small business. Keep in mind that the store is small, so you’ll have to be crammed with a couple people if it’s busy. I also personally dislike how PACKED they keep the bins in there since it makes it hard to dig through but that’s a small nitpick, just take out some records from the front and you’ll have a bit more wiggle room. Check them out!! Especially during Record Store Day.. always a blast

I have been there many times & the owner is extremely kind & knowledgeable. His prices are great, but the sales are even better. I have no idea what all the "*" reviews are saying, this has never been my experience. I've been 1) the only customer 2) asian 3) brought my asian wife....& NEVER had an unkind experience. He has even offered me opportunities to save money, so I dont know what the nay-sayers are talking about. I love this store & plan to return many more times.

Stellar shop with great pricing even on some really rare pieces. Good selection across genres. Picked up a George Jones we’ve been on the hunt for in great shape. Can’t wait to get it home and give it a listen. Staff is friendly and there’s a parking lot, definitely check this one out!
