Amazing selection and great staff. I was looking to complete a very specific run (Canadian series on top of it) and they knew what I wanted and found it. I've been to dozens of shops around NA and they are amongst the best.

On our way to breakfast this morning, my sons and I stopped to patronize this store. We read the business hours, which stated the store was opening in about one minute. There was an employee sweeping outside of the store. He was white, somewhat balding had glasses, and he proceeded to tell us that the store wasn’t open. We already knew this from reading the store hours and we’re patiently waiting outside. I let him know that the store said it would be opening in one minute and we were willing to wait. He then says to me unnecessarily, “it’s according to our time not your time.” I then asked him “What time does the store have?” he responded “I don’t know because we don’t have a clock.” if this wasn’t the most unwelcoming experience that I have ever had. The unnecessary attitude, his energy and body language spoke as if he did not want us there or patronizing the store. My son asked him if he was the owner which he stated no. The owner needs to know that they shouldn’t have employees like this working for them. We live in this neighborhood and will never patronize the store. I warn other people of color to not patronize the store as well if they’re going to hire employees who are rude and unwelcoming to Black people. no one should have to deal with this in this day and age. Pittsburgh is living up to its name in racism.

4 stories of comics, toys, movies, records and vintage stuff. I went for free comic book day and was so surprised with all the items on display. You can tell the employees have been working there for a long time and have so many stories to tell plus they know their craft. I wish I could have stayed later to hear all the stories being discussed between employees and patrons.

ABSOLUTELY HEAVEN… a nerds dream come true… it’s unbelievable the amount of stuff they have here, I bought a great edition of teen titans and picked up a Blu-ray copy of the night of the living dead… this is such a hidden gem, and the employees are very nice as well!

Three levels. Absolutely massive selection. The volume of product in the store is incredible. Huge oversized section of $1 loose unsorted comic books from the 80s and 90s on the main level. Lower level has a very complete and very extensive back issue collection. They seem to have absolutely everything. Upstairs has a very respectable vinyl selection but you won’t necessarily find any bargains over other stores prices for new LPs. This is the kind of place if you are visiting from out of town reserve a minimum of an hour so you can relax and explore provided the main owner will stop asking you questions every five minutes!!!
