Drum Bug Music

As a lifetime musician and drummer, I have come to appreciate locally owned drum shops with owners who are present and meaningfully engage with their customers. Drum Bug is just this sort of shop. Here you can browse a unique inventory and learn unique insights from people with experience-based knowledge. I have been a repeat customer and appreciate the insights I have gained from the owner's insights on vintage drums, drumming technique, and vintage drum restoration. Great people.

The owner is okay but he spends a lot of his time interrupting and talking over people as well as the products are over normal sale price for mainly used items :/ EDIT: the owner tried saying this is a false review so I updated with a picture showing the used items :) as you can see the case and the cd is damaged which is a bummer :/ EDIT pt2: I started looking at some of the other low star reviews and the owner responds very unprofessionally and honestly that’s super uncomfortable to support personally, calling people liars, talking back instead of finding resolutions… etc

I went in search of #Gojira, found that, and so much more! There is so much cool stuff to buy here that you might want to schedule a couple hours to wow! I said wow so many times while I was here, that I left with toit cheeks! So many #vinyl albums, that I have been searching for, all right here! If you’re into #drums, you have found the sacred ‘Wholly of Holys’! Everything from student to pro with knowledgeable staff to assist you! They say that money can’t buy #love. That obviously doesn’t apply to vinyl junkies!

Love this place, great selection of vinyl, cds and some cassettes, they also have musical instruments. The owners are extremely sweet and welcoming everytime we come here. Great little music store downtown Salem. Definitely worth stopping by and seeing what they have.

Really cool new place! I picked up a cowbell and some cool old CDs missing from my collection, they have a lot of cool drum/rock memorabilia. The drums there are vintage but they also had some starter type sets for people new to drumming. If you are missing any pieces on your set I would bet they have what you need. Tons of hardware, accessories for everyone's budget and skill level, plus some of the coolest drum sets I've ever seen up close. The owner is really helpful and knowledgable. Go check this place out!
