Crying Cat Books and Records

If I could give more stars I would, but where to begin. This is the happiest place on earth. It’s warm, like your weird hippy aunts hugs. The people, customers and staff, are all the most fantastic people. The books are lovely, organized and curated, the records are thoughtful, the art is a joy. Go, get a book, support a community, Amazon is just going to replace us with robots either way.

This is such a great bookstore. The staff was so nice! And they have a good selection of new and backlist titles. I found some books here that I haven't seen in other bookstores. I cannot wait to go back.

I enjoyed my time exploring this bookstore which includes a nice mixture of used and new books. A book club was wrapping up their meeting so it had a nice energy in the store. Overall, has an eclectic feeling as it’s a converted house full of books and records.

This place is an absolute vibe. Prices are great. The selection is great. The staff is wonderful. Cannot recommend this business enough!!!!

An absolutely wonderful place to find your next mental adventure, your new favorite song, and your new favorite place to go in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. It’s tucked away but most wonderful spots are. The best place in the ‘boro to find a book, a record, and local arts and crafts.
