Crazy Dee's Muzic Palace

We love pet palace. Oophfurt "Bauer" has such a wonderful time at day care and overnight boarding. Staff is great, they always greet us and know exactly who Mr. Bauer is when we walk in. I never worry while we are out of town I know he is in good hands. They are very reasonably priced and have full transparency, no hidden fees. They have great grooming and nail trimming services. One time he got his nail caught in the turf when he was running around and they called us immediately and trimmed his nails on the house. They have fun pictures in the lobby of all the pets, you can tell the staff cares. I do not have a bad thing to say about this place! They even have a pool in the summer time. My Oophurt comes home sleepy and happy every time. My personal favorite is the report cards while he has a sleep over at Pet Palace. Highly recommend.

My dog has been coming here over the past year, with a total stay of nearly two months altogether. I always believed this place was professional and treated dogs well, especially given the high ratings. However, the most recent incidents have completely changed my perception and made me realize how unprofessional this facility actually is. In January, I was informed that my dog developed an eye infection while staying here, which caused excessive discharge, and that plastic was found in his stool. I was already unhappy at that time, but I chose not to argue. Instead, I took him to the vet and monitored him at home. Fortunately, he did not show any abnormal symptoms afterward, so I decided to let the matter go. Then in February, due to work obligations, I had no choice but to board him here again. Because of your staff’s mistake, my dog did not receive the bath that was supposed to be provided. This allowed me to see what he had actually been going through at your facility. His entire body was covered in feces and urine stains, especially around his rear. I have never seen anything like this before. I didn’t even know how to deal with it and had to trim off his fur when we got home. This experience made me feel that the staff here simply do not genuinely care about dogs. If you truly care about animals, you would clean them promptly instead of allowing them to defecate and urinate in a cage and remain covered in waste.

My husband and I went on an anniversary cruise. We left our 3 yorkies with Pet Palace. We have used them before with no problems. When we arrived to pick our babies up. A worker gave me the dog's belongings. It was clear that they were not taken care of. Their beds were saturated with urine and feces. When i arrived home, I opened up a blanket and feces fell out. I did not drop off my babies in this condition. I made sure that they had a bath before leaving my babies with Pet Palace . One of the dogs hair was matted. They just stunk. I paid over 500.00 for their stay for 9 days. This is a lot of money for the horrible condition that they were left in.. I called the facility and they asked if I could bring them back to be washed. I did and they bathed them. They asked me to bring their beds back but they were being washed. I had to wash the beds twice. I know that there are animals in the facility but The facility had a bad odor that I did not smell previously. They offered me 2 free nights for my yorkies. I am very protective of my yorkies. I cannot leave them at this facility ever again. I can not imagine what they went thru that week. To have urine and feces saturated in their beds and matted hair, it was clear that they were locked in their cages and they did not have the priveledges to be taken out to relieve themselves. I can't tell people what to do but I will never use facility again. The trust is lost. Vivian Plummer Pettigrew

We have used Pet Palace frequently for both Doggy Day Care and overnight boarding. The facility, the staff friendliness and their care with our dog has been exceptional! I made it a point of asking for the names of all of the employees to give shout outs. Skylar, Clair, Chance, Bradley, Cora, Tyler, Ebony, Eyrika, Emily, Liz, Katie, Gabi, Veronica, Katie, Sara and Dallas have been amazing! They truly spoil our pup! Thank you Pet Palace for providing a comfortable home away from home for our dog.

Thank you to all the staff at Pet Palace. if i could give them higher stars i would. The booking of the reservation, to the dog bath, playtime, etc i can tell Oliver had a great time. We are from out of state and they took him in with no questions. i love that they are so personal to letting you bring anything that reminds them of home to getting a report card (it looks like he passed :) i am not going to lie, being from out of state and not knowing anyone we were concerned dog owners, but if we ever decide to come back, we know that Oliver would be in good hands with any of the staff.
