Classic Audio and Vinyl

I love this record store. The owner knows his stuff!! I would really like to know if he has opened in a new location.

The gentleman was very informative and about speaker systems, im new to the game. There was a large selection of new and used vinyl there! I even found some very hard to find punk records! Great place!

I removed an album to inspect it's condition before buying and the owner rudely told me not to do that. Excuse me for not wanting to buy used vinyl without checking it first. I bought the record and left without looking at anything else and haven't been back since. I've never been treated so rudely by someone in retail before or since.

The belt on my Pioneer turntable broke so I took it into have it replaced. He looked at it and yelled at me saying he wouldn’t fix it. Said there was no replacement for it. He was very rude and walked away. So I left not understanding why he was extremely rude since I myself walked in with a smile and gave him no reason to act this way towards me. When I got home I found the belt online, which he never bothered to look it up. I mentioned my experience to a few of my friends which they said they had the same experience of him yelling at them and didn’t give them the service they needed. I will never walk into that place again. I don’t do business with people when I’m a customer and get treated badly. For those who got good service good for you or maybe it wasn’t the same person that helped you. If everyone would leave a feedback maybe this place wouldn’t have so many stars.

A mixed inventory of some classic two channel audio gear piled up like a garage sale usually means a lot of fun for vintage stereo and vinyl shoppers. Not here, however. The owner scolded me for picking up a dusty old Adcom preamp (current eBay Value: $165) because I might leave fingerprints. I used to sell Adcom gear and was checking the vintage. I’m 52, polite, careful, and well-groomed.. No reason for any shop owner to be so impolite. Avoid this one.
