Cheap thrills records has or can order your CDs, records. And they have some vintage audio gear. A friendly and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this place.

If you decide to go here you might want to keep track of your receipt. I bought a record that was defective and tried to return it, but, since its the holidays, my receipt was misplaced but despite finding the sale on the reader where the receipt was printed the stores policy is no cash refunds without a receipt. I guess that applies to defective merchandise that does not work from the start. The staff were kind enough to offer an exchange but I found the same record cheaper and in great quality at Backdoor Records who has a less archaic return policy. Otherwise this store has a good atmosphere and selection but definitely live up to having "Cheap" in their name. If you want quality vinyl its worth the extra 30 minutes to Johnson City.

Very very disappointed each time I’ve been in the Bristol location lately… seems like some employees like to party and hang out at work rather than work and do their job for customers. I’ve taken records to trade early in the day, was told it was too early, took them back in the evening was told it was too late?? Also, they flat out refused to carry any local artists music as well and that is really ridiculous. Kind of laughed it off and was rude. If you are a musician like myself, I would choose to support another business that also supports your business. Very very sad this is the only record store in such a musically historical town. Just shop on eBay….

A really great place to stop in and look around. We looked through all of the vinyl records and even found one to buy. They have a good collection of new and used. The store also has a lot of other fun Knick knacks. Will definitely be back to hunt for more.

Great record store! Lady working was super friendly and informative! Go support small businesses. Skateboarding is not a crime! This city needs to build a skatepark!
