I have a fantastic experience every time I go to Charlie's. All the staff is very helpful and the owner is always able to answer my questions-- she is very nice. They also have cool posters and CDs.

I came in today because google said y'all did disk resurfacing sadly google was wrong but y'all did send me over to gamers anonymous that will do disk resurfacing. So thank you all for being knowledgeable about the area. I will most likely come again in the future.

Door is locked until you come to the door and they see you aren't riff raff. Small selection of new records, large collection of used. All the good stuff is on the walls or on display: hard to find. As a record collector I love looking through everything, you can do that here with ease. They also have one of the best record store day methods I've ever seen in the past decade or two. Would be five stars if they had day of release records.

They were so nice. They were sensitive to my questions and answered all of them with kindness. Lots of great old stuff can't wait to go back

I was getting a pedicure and reading record shop reviews. The owner’s engagement with reviewers absolutely won me over. I needed a CD or two to get me by while borrowing my friend’s truck for a couple days, and I found a couple bangers. The organization takes a minute to figure out, but the shop has a great assortment of artists and media type. Highly recommend
