This place has a great vintage store, and the vinyl record store is off the hook. Lots of vintage items, and there is currently a consignment Beatles collection that has many VERY rare items

Great store! Located on the second floor inside 'The Vintage Shops' in the Warehouse Point section of East Windsor Connecticut. The store has a great vibe, very relaxed. Large selection of vinyl records, all genres and in multiple speeds. The albums are sorted by genre, then alphabetical. They also have cassette tapes, CDs, 8-track, VHS, and music magazines. In the hall to the back you'll find various music related wall decorations, and in the back room more 45s than you can imagine, t-shirts, and even a 6/7 foot tall Eddie from Iron Maiden that you can purchase. Over all, this is a place you can spend quite a bit of time, happily. I will be returning for sure! Highly recommended!!
The store recently expanded and now has thousands of records covering rock, punk, jazz, and funk. Everything is well-organized with labeled boxes making it easy to browse. Prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly without hovering. It’s a good stop if you’re doing a record store loop through Connecticut.
I've been shopping at CBug's for over two years. My partner and I discovered this great little shop after moving back to MA during a day of exploring and discovery. I have been a vinyl collector for over 50 years (began when I was 10 years old) and have had collections totalling in the thousands - so, I have bought and sold from just about everyone over these many years. I've met a lot of elitist collectors and shop owners that can be both pretentious and off-putting. Nothing more annoying than trying to dig through the crates, connect with like minded people, talk about music, and enjoy the memories music gives us to only be treated like you are not smart or important enough to hang out in their "incredibly cool store". These small stores should take a lesson from Bug. A sweet, humble, friendly man who has absolutely no ego, is not afraid to engage and talk music, and just share his store with music lovers. Always honest and transparent about his records - which always play great. In a very unpredictable world for small business owners, this one always does his best to give great deals and help get vintage vinyl into the hands of people who enjoy the memories and gifts that come through the special music that is the soundtrack of our lives. I am a dedicated customer and friend because of these qualities. Thanks for being a place I look forward to visiting on most weekends. Stop by, say hello, subscribe to his YouTube channel for weekly updates. This is a real record store. Rough and ready, nothing fancy, but is the best treasure trove you could ever wish to find. See you soon Bug! Thanks for everything you do. You are appreciated. 🙂
