Andie Arrington is the person at Buy- Rite that help me with my situation with my saddle cutting stool that I purchased. It needed a different set of castor wheels. I love my stool! Stephanie, Richard, and the whole team went above and beyond to get us everything for our new salon! When I called Richard and told him I needed to open a salon in 2 weeks, he never hesitated and went straight to work to get me everything we needed at a great price. As a salon owner opening a new space, this was one of the most frustrating equipment purchases I’ve experienced. My shampoo unit arrived about a month later than quoted and showed up severely damaged. I documented everything with photos and video, but communication was slow and I was ultimately told there was a strict 48-hour inspection policy and offered replacement parts instead of a resolution. When you purchase new salon equipment, you expect it to arrive new and usable — not damaged and needing repairs immediately. Between the delayed shipping, condition of the unit, and rigid policies, this experience created unnecessary stress during an already time-sensitive buildout. If you’re a salon owner ordering from this company, make sure you fully understand their inspection policies before accepting delivery. And if communication and support matter to you, be aware that response times will not match your expectations.
