Blast From The Past

This place has an unbelievable selection of dvds and blu rays and the only thing that is better than that are the prices. I picked up dozens of movies for either $3 or $5 per. Probably half of them were special or limited editions versions which I tend to seek out. Every movie nerd HAS to come check this place out

Five of us went in together, all of us found plenty of things to purchase. There is a seemingly endless supply of CDs in every genre, priced at $2 or $3! I didn't look at the DVDs, but everyone was happy with what they found. The staff was exceptionally congenial, adding to the overall pleasant experience. We will be back!

The best place around for used DVDs, Blu-Ray and music CDs. Most items are $2 each, most TV seasons and Blu-Rays are $3. They also have VHS tapes, music LPs vinyl, 45s, books on CD, books on tape. There is a huge selection, with new inventory coming in all the time. I shop there almost every week.

This past weekend my friend and I took a ride from outside Boston to Music Magick hunting for DVDs and Blu-rays as we’re physical media collectors. WOW! Music Magick does not disappoint! I practically dropped to my knees the second I entered the store because of the shockingly enormous selection of movies. Unlike other places I’ve thrifted Music Magick is well organized and broken into sections by genre. The owner and his staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about their stock. If you are going with a budget in mind you can pretty much forget it because you are guaranteed to walk away with more than what you planned on spending. We were told “new” stuff comes in every week so for a physical media collector you are likely to find something on every trip! I’ve been to other similar stores in New England but Music Magick is going to be my one stop shop that I plan to visit every month! I cannot wait for my next visit!
