Dana and Zack were absolutely wonderful to work with. It all started with excellent customer service over the phone. I was looking for a specific saxophone and they both answered all my questions so I drove from San Diego to Temecula to pick up the saxophone for my son.

Just want to say thank you to all the employees! They were always so nice understanding and helpful! My daughter did 2 years of band and they made everything so easy from renting the instrument to exchanging to returning was so easy ! They are honest and the young man gave me a refund since I returned within the 5 days of rental period ! Will always recommend they are awesome easy to work with

Staff was very friendly. Very knowledgeable and offer honest opinions upon request. They aren't out to just sell you top tier items for a profit. They listen and give proffesional guidance to the needs of the customer from beginners to proffesionals. Thank you guys for being honest and super helpful. I definitely recommend this store.

Great experience I called they advised they did not have what I need it but they could get it when they receive the instrument. They immediately called me and I went in the next day and picked it up. Great job. very helpful
