This location was great with an amazing selection of music. It was a great experience for myself and my kiddos as it was their first time visiting a record store. It’s worth going for just the nostalgia but the atmosphere and service were wonderful. Highly recommended!

Great store! Found all 3 albums I had in mind, 1 of which I was doubtful they would have. Great selection, good prices and friendly faces, my new go-to!

I went into this record store probably over a year ago looking for Tyler’s Cherry Bomb vinyl. The owner didn’t have any except his personal vinyl, which he let me look at lol. He told me he could get it ordered and that he’d call me when it came in. Well within that year, I have joined & moved states due to military orders. I randomly got a call from Backdoor Records letting me know the Cherry Bomb vinyls have come in 🥹i was shocked he even remembered and kept up with my number for so long. Very sweet guy running this store, and you can tell he truly cares for his customers. Thank you Backdoor Records & may your business continue to flourish as it deserves to.

These people Can't Understand Normal Thinking! I brought in a first US printing of the White Album with 3 decent Grateful Dead records, got in a pinch and needed the money (which I guess I probably shouldn't have mentioned) and the punk offered me $60.........then came out after me talking shit, followed me to my car.........absolute POS!

ive been going to kelly ever since i moved to JC a little over 2 years ago. he quickly picked up my taste in music and everytime i go in, he has a new recommendation for me! the store is organized by genre and easy to navigate. my favorite section is the employee picks section and the metal. kelly has also assisted in finding my holy grail hard to find records and hes always willing to help!! i couldnt have asked for a better relationship with my local record store and always recommend it every chance i get🩷 i would say 85% of my record collection is from kelly as well as a few CD’s and cassettes but everything thing else pictured is straight from backdoor and some of my favorite pick ups!!
