I wanted to kill a little time on my way to Ocean Isle Beach from Raleigh before check-in. Googled “record stores” in the area, not expecting much. Azio — what’s this? OK, I thought, I’ll stop in. Still didn’t expect much. Well, silly me, I encountered a simply fantastic vinyl inventory. I walked out with two records that are instant personal classics — an original pressing of Peter Tosh’s “Legalize It” from 1976, in near-mint condition if not outright mint. (How is that even possible?) I also snagged a copy of Jethro Tull’s live “Bursting Out,” also in near-mint condition. I’d been searching forever for a high-quality copy of that record. Prices for both were quite reasonable. There was a lot more interesting vinyl in stock, but I exercised some will power. Until the next time.

What a beautiful rare gem in our little piece of the world. Amazing selection of music- vinyls and cds- awesome book selection. And I loved the variety of various antiques. It’s a beautiful house, they have created into a gorgeous store. I particularly love the book arch on one of the doors!! Can’t wait to come back!

Literally so so cool. The record/dvd selection is amazing and the books are priced well and the selection of books is really balanced and cool. This is definitely a must!!

Super cool place with really varied selection, the building isn't huge but there's enough stuff in it to look through that you could definitely kill an hour or two going through it all. Very well organized! I especially liked all the local/NC interest books.

A little hidden gem. They have tons of books and records, old and new. As well as other unique Knick knacks and collectibles. Smells good in there. And had good tunes bumpin.
