We've had an excellent experience here with the instrument rental program. We have brought our rent-to-own cello in a couple times for adjustments and fixes (good cellos are old cellos, so it's no surprise), and Tyler has always been responsive and invested in making sure we have what we need to keep the instrument performing at its best. Tyler is a master guitar tech! My fender strat sounds and plays perfect after adusting tge action with some fret leveling. Does what says with that local feel. Also, they provide great deals on all types of guitars. Easily, a five star rating
