I am writing to bring attention to a concerning experience I had approximately one month ago that has significantly impacted my relationship with your establishment. My initial reaction was to part ways without reconnecting; however, the matter has not sat well with me, and I feel this presents an opportunity for everyone to grow. As a new vendor, I understand there are rules and regulations when selling. I assumed Ownership had an understanding that for a brand new Solo Vendor there is a natural learning curve; that should be handled with professionalism and grace. I want to acknowledge the exceptional support I received from several team members, particularly Filiberto, who was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Additionally, the kind woman who rocks mom jeans perfectly with a shorter brunette bob cut (whose name I didn't catch) is outstanding. These individuals exemplify the customer service skills required in today's world that build lasting business relationships, especially in our community where economic challenges have proven to make every business interaction valuable. However, I must address an incident that occurred in your parking lot with Priscilla, one of the owners. During this encounter, I felt cornered and targeted regarding multiple issues that had never been previously communicated to me by Management. Despite our limited prior interactions, there appeared to be underlying tension, and I found her approach neither helpful nor professional—it could have been received as aggressive and abrasive, rather harsh for the subject matter if you ask me. Three staff members were present throughout this entire interaction, which was inappropriate on multiple levels, as the conversation was very one-sided with my responses intentionally sparse. I honestly couldn't believe it was happening—it was wildly unprofessional, and what she was saying was outlandishly inaccurate. Priscilla accused me of monopolizing "her guys'" time. I want to clarify that while I understand these team members are there to assist customers, I consistently tried to handle tasks independently to avoid inconveniencing others. When I did require assistance, it was because I was genuinely struggling with the setup/tear-down process. The staff, particularly Javier's polite crew, were insistent on helping—which I appreciated and understood as part of their professional service. I was disappointed by the staff's reaction after both owners drove off, offering me/us zero assistance and dismissing me with only two minutes remaining before they locked the gates (it was barely 5 PM to my recollection). The staff's general consensus was that because Priscilla was an owner, she could behave that way—what a terrible cultural tone to set. I've since sold at several surrounding markets, and this is the furthest from how any of those establishments would handle this scenario. For clarification: the reason I parked near the barn two weekends in a row was because one of "your guys," Priscilla, instructed me to do so, explaining that when they got off work they could install my front license plates; something they offered multiple times and I finally agreed after being pulled over again for it. Your staff is wonderful; perhaps management could be clearer in streamlining their strict policies with them for future vendors; so we aren't confused and caught off guard by what appeared to be an unprofessional outburst from ownership. I believe a refund is appropriate given the circumstances and the fact that I was unable to utilize the services I paid for due to the unwelcoming environment created. I hope we can resolve this matter professionally and that this feedback can help improve the vendor experience for others in the future. Previously, if I'm not mistaken I spent about close to 1k starting up selling there...it's crazy to me that business is so good, despite all of the empty spots-that these potential future profits are now lost don't ruffle any feathers...as a Business Owner, that would absolutely bother me!!
Stopped by. First time. Free parking and admission today. They had food venders and random sellers. Live music. Live amateur wrestling too. Petting zoo, and horse rides for the kids. Wasnt too busy, but it looks like the weekends will be more lively and more sellers.
Great place for antiques, rare finds, great deals, good food, toys for kids, and overall a fun atmosphere especially with mechanical bull riding, lucha libre in the inside barn area, jumping houses and mexican banda music now included. It is a great place to come on weekends to enjoy with your family.
Lots of food, lots of booths, clothes, jewelry, plants, tools , Live bands. $10 to park, FREE to roam around. Lots of parking.
Restrooms have spiderd in the ceiling and looks like it hasn't been washed in years which really bothers me when I go to the restrooms.
